
Since 1998, Our Immobilization system which consists of Transponder, Engine Immobilizer Unite (or Immobilizer Base-Station + BCM) and ECU (Engle Control Unite) is delivered to domestic OEM customers.
So far, we can provide customers two application solutions, it is stand-alone immobilizer package and immobilization function module integrated in different kinds of controller.
Immobilizer system adopts RF contactless communication, do not need power supply, and has a perfect matching and diagnostic strategy to series production and maintenance.

Main Function
System consists of transponder, immobilizers unite (or Immobilizer Base-Station + BCM) and ECU, if the responses from immobilizer unite doesn’t match the encrypted challenge, the engine will not start. In detail, the function for all components below:
Transponder: an encryption key sends the key to immobilizer for authentication through the coil;
Immobilizer controller (or Immobilizer Base-Station + BCM):Responsible the encrypted communication between transponder and ECU, and system matching diagnose;
Immobilizer Coil:Generates electromagnetic field which acts as a bridge of communication between controller and transponder;
ECU: According to the identification results with immobilizer unite or BCM to determine whether to start the engine.
Communication: There has two option of communication interface between Immobilizer base-station and BCM in series, it is I2C or LIN Communication.
Diagnostic device:Play as human-machine communication interface, it responsible for system matching, diagnostic code data read.
